To make sure that your TRE Session is safe and comfortable for you, please take a moment to go over your health issues and concerns. The TRE exercises can be modified based on your needs.  You should not feel any pain while doing the exercises so please let us know if you experience any type of discomfort.

These are general categories, but you may have very specific issues or areas of pain in your body.  Please be as specific as you can be so we may adjust your TRE exercises and session to make it safe and comfortable for you.
