To participate in our small group fitness classes, please complete the insurance verification form. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. Once your verification is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create an account on our app, fill out your health history and where you can schedule TRX, Mobility, and Pilates Mat classes.

Please note that our Small Group Equipment Series is not covered by insurance. If you’d like to join these sessions, you will be responsible for the cost.
