*Cancellation Policy*
In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment please contact the practitioner by text or with your online account (Email not accepted) at least 21 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to notify myself in advance you may get charge. A charge will NOT happen if the space refills. This can be filled by the client who cancelled (ie family member or friend) or the RMT. If the spot doesn’t refill you WILL BE CHARGED the full treatment amount.
