Hi Thank you for choosing Lakeside Massage and Wellness Studio to help you with all of your wellness needs! We are located at the Hwy 9 Business complex in Building D suites 113, 115, 117 & 118..

We are now physically located inside of the Highway 9 Business Center building D. It is located in the same building as Cascade Eye Care and next door to Kids N Us. You will know you are in the right spot if you are parked in front of Cascade Eye Care. We have green chairs in our lobby/reception area.

We require all intake forms be completed online prior to your appointment for first time visitors and then yearly after that. All forms will be sent to you via email (check your trash box or reach out to us if you have not received them).

We are currently on a by appointment only schedule. IF YOU BOOK WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY OR MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED BY OUR SYSTEM, THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND CLIENTS WERE LEFT WAITING IN THE LOBBY WITH NO THERAPIST IN THE BUILDING AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE APPOINTMENT.*****PLEASE TEXT *****425-314-0609***** TO VERIFY YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IS SECURED******

We have a very strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel last minute for any reason or due to Covid-19, you must text or leave a message at 425-314-0609 or email info@lakesidewellnessstudio.com. If you cancel with LESS than 24 hours notice due to a Covid positive test, you will still be charged for the appointment cancellation. Please read the signed cancellation policy/ agreement. All other appointments with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the total cost of the scheduled service that was cancelled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled and charged for all late fees. If you choose not to reschedule immediately, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

We have staggered appointment times so that we can minimize the number of people passing in and out of our lobby area, however there are other businesses in the building so you may be in the waiting area with multiple people at times.
When you arrive, please wait for your therapist to come show you to the treatment room from the lobby.
Your health and wellness is our top priority and safety measures have been set in place to minimize the exposure so that you can fully relax and enjoy your session.

At this time we are only accepting PIP ( Personal Injury Protection) for Motor Vehicle Accidents, HSA and FSA. We are not currently billing for personal Insurance. If you'd like to pay cash at the time of service however, we do provide information for you to send in to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please request this information by texting 425-314-0609 or asking your therapist at your visit.
