Over a decade of experience in the field has taught Nicole that healing goes well beyond palpation and "deep tissue" massage. Instead of imposing how and where the body should release using counter-productive force, Nicole intuitively listens to the rich history that's intertwined within your body and feels into your tissue barriers to gently calm the nervous system for optimal long-term results.

Nicole is intentional in creating a safe space, and uses a variety of modalities to facilitate healing and to honour mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Through individualized treatment plans, Nicole strives to care for each patient with compassion and support to ensure proper muscle balance and body awareness.
