New clients, please be aware that there is a 50% deposit required for your first session (disregard if you hold a Gift Card*. Please mention in your intake forms).

After booking online, you will receive a deposit invoice to be paid 3 days before your scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Mend Wellness 24 hours in advance of your session at no cost. We understand that sometimes scheduling can be complicated and that emergencies happen! Please do not respond directly to text message reminders!

In the case of a no call/no show or same day cancellation your deposit fees will be retained or you will be charged 50% of your service via invoice. Repeat no shows/last minute cancellations will require 50% deposit to book every session.


*If you hold a gift card, deposit is not required. Please have the full gift card number/QR code available at your appt time.
