Having any symptoms of COVID, flu, cold, etc. requires that you reschedule your appointment.
Regarding No Shows & Late Cancellations
~ Appointment No Show - the full appointment fee will be invoiced, and must be paid prior to any further treatments.
~ 3 Strikes - clients accruing 3 No Shows will be required to engage the services of another massage therapist.
~ Late Cancellations: 24 hours' notice of appointment cancellation is required.
A less than 24 hr. notice of cancellation will result in 50% of the full appointment fee being invoiced and must be paid prior to any further treatments.
