Covid-19 current procedures and what you need to know

Our clients health and well being is our main priority. We are following all guidelines to create the safest environment possible during this time. Here is what you need to know when coming for your appointment.

If you have any cold/flu symptoms or have tested positive in the last 5 days, call our clinic to reschedule your appointment 204-231-0888.

If it is your first time, please arrive at the clinic 10-15mins before your appointment time to fill out the initial paperwork. We have staggered our appointment times to help decrease the amount of people in our reception area and allow for social distancing. When you enter the clinic remove your shoes at the desk and sanitize your hands.

Masks at this time are optional.

We are wheel chair accessible and have a massage room on the main level to accommodate those who may have difficulties or are not able to walk up stairs be sure to notify us before you book your appointment so that we can accomadate. If you would like to book by phone please notify our receptionist at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48hour noticed for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If less than 48hours notice is given for rescheduling/cancelling there will be a charge for 50% of the appointment. Day of appointment rescheduling/cancellations or missed appointments will be billed the full amount of the appointment.
